- A $10 gate fee will
be charged for everyone entering the facility during weekend events.
- A user renting the
facility shall be prohibited from sub-leasing any portion of the
facility.
- If a single track
is rented, Track Management reserves the right to rent the adjoining
track at their sole discretion.
- Discounts are available
for multiple exclusive weekend rentals in a calendar year. The
third weekend rental will be discounted 5%, the fifth weekend
rental will be discounted 10%.
- Event dates will be
secured by written contract and a $2,000 deposit for each event. Liability insurance
with policy limits of $5,000,000 will be required for each event.
The insurance premium necessary to maintain this coverage will
be the responsibility of the user. Liability and participant accident
insurance may be available through the track. No event will proceed
without insurance coverage acceptable at the sole discretion of
Buttonwillow Raceway Park.
